Twinseu.com is a web-based retailer of Twins Special products. We aim to offer genuine Swedish stock at very competitive prices and quick deliveries. We sell Twins Special equipment to private persons, clubs, associations and companies within the whole EU. 

 

1. Prices
   All prices at Twins-eu.com is including 25% VAT. We offer VAT-free invoices for retailers within the EU.
2. Returns Policy
   We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and if for any reason you are not happy please return it within 14 days and we will replace, exchange or refund it at your request. Return the items to TWS Thaiboxing Sweden HB, Box 4071, 131 04 Nacka, Sweden
3. Complaint
   At twins-eu.com we do value our customers' satisfaction and hope we have met or exceeded your expectation. However sometimes things can go wrong and should you have any complaints regarding our service or your order please email us at: Info@twins-eu.com
4. Delivery time
   If item is in stock we normally deliver within the European Union in three – six working days.
5. Opening hours
   To provnamee accurate details on product availability, our web site is regularly updated throughout the day. However, we cannot guarantee availability. Orders placed outsnamee our opening hours may be subject to change. We will contact you as soon as possible if this is the case.
6. Payment Credit card
   We use DIBS payment solution - simple and safe on line payment gateway on the Internet. For more information please visit www.dibs.dk/1764.0.html. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including: Visa and MasterCard. Payment in Advance: Directly after ordering the products you will receive an invoice. When we have received the payment we will deliver the order.         
7. Transport prices
   The transport price is 15 EUR and 45 EUR for retailers.
8. Minimum order value
   22 EUR.
9. Orders from outsnamee EU
   We don't accept orders from countries outsnamee the EU.
10. Extra charges
    We don't have any additional charges.
11. Delivery specification
    After places order you will receive a specification.
12. Errors and omissions
    We make every effort to ensure that the information on our site is accurate and up to date. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention. If you find an error please contact us via our Contact us page. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale, at any point prior to dispatch, for whatever reason.
    You will be promptly informed if such a situation arises.
